WHY VILLA GARDENIA ?
ACCOMODATIONS
We have a variety of accommodation to suit families, friends and couples; from 2 story apartments with separate living area to one bedroom units. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms of all the apartments and fans are available to rent. A safety deposit box is also situated in each apartment and available for use.
We have three types of apartment available;
2 Bedroom room Villa - These large spacious and attractively decorated apartments are laid out over two floors and accommodate up to 6 people. They consist of one double and one twin bedroom and two additional comfortable pull –out beds in the lounge. There are two shower rooms, both with toilets and one also has a hair dryer. The kitchenette with spacious open –plan lounge diner has all the necessities you require for self-catering, including kettle, four ring gas-hob, and is well equiped with cooking utensils . These apartments also got three balconies, air conditioning in both bedrooms, TV and the security of your own safety deposit box .
1 Bedroom Room Apartment - These spacious one bedroom apartments accommodate up to 4 people and are on one floor. They consist of one twin bedroom and two comfortable pull–out beds in the lounge. There is one shower room with toilet and hair dryer. The kitchenette with open –plan lounge diner has all the necessities you require for self-catering and has a ketle, four ring gas-hob and is well equipped with cooking utensils. These apartments also got two balconies, air conditioning in the bedroom, and the security of your own safety deposit box.
Attic Room - These apartments are smaller and are located in the annex with attractive wooden ceilings and traditional Turkish furnishing. They also accommodate up to 4 people and consist of one twin bedroom and two comfortable pull –out beds in the lounge. There is one shower room with toilet and hair dryer. The kitchenette with open –plan lounge diner has the basic necessities for self-catering, including kettle and one ring electric-hob, and is equipped with cooking utensils . These apartments have a balcony, air conditioning in the bedroom, and the security of your own safety deposit box.

We are a family run business ( 25 Years) situated in the beautiful resort of Dalyan. Our aim is for you to have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in our comfortable apartments. English is spoken at the Villa and within the resort. With a backdrop of lush green hills and less than 10 minutes walk from the centre of the pretty resort of Dalyan, famous for the Giant Turtle, the Gardenia is the perfect venue for a memorable stay in this beautiful part of Turkey.

Gulya2020-09-09One of the greatest holidays I had The best way to discover real Turkey, it’s people and culture is visiting Dalyan and staying in Villa Gardenia Apartments. The town of Dalyan is green and quite with many nice restaurants and cafes. Villa Gardenia Apartments are clean and spacious and the owner will make you the best Sex on the beach cocktail at his bar 😎👌 There is a beautiful swimming pool if you do not feel like going to the sea. The prices are best for the location and service. You can also enjoy a nice local breakfast with locally grown olives and apple jam ❤️ And of course, enjoy Turkish coffee and tea ❤️

Villa Gardenia Apart, Ege bölgesinde konaklama yapmış olduğum en kaliteli apart di.Kesinlikle Butik Hotel tadında, temiz ,ilgili ve huzur duyabileceği olduğunuz bir yer.Corona dan sebep yemek cikarmamislardi. Matthew C2019-09-04A great little place We stayed at Villa Gardenia for three nights and had a very pleasant time. Alpay was a perfect host and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and how to get everywhere. We also had an excellent lunch cooked for us at the villa. This is not The Ritz, but for the price it is extremely good; clean, decent apartments, pleasant pool, and a short walk from everything Dalyan has to offer. I would certainly go back.
holmes7320182019-07-23Excellent Holiday Experience Can’t praise Alpay enough for looking after us at Gardenia. He organised our transfers, spoke to our car hire company and helped us book great trips to suit our interests. The villas are spotless, spacious and the air con was a godsend. The complimentary safe was also a nice touch. The food was always fresh and delicious and the drinks perfectly chilled. Special thanks to the lady who works there Aynar (soz about spelling) who looked after us and gave us the most special holiday experience on her husbands boat on a moonlight cruise. We were very well looked after and the area felt safe and was a lovely wee stroll from everything. Would thoroughly recommend. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers and they loved it too.

No7Food2019-05-26Beautiful villa, perfect location, amazing service The two bedroom villas are spacious, well furnished and perfectly positioned. Dalyan Centre is a 10 minute flat walk away. The pool & bar area is excellent & beautiful freshly cooked food also available. The complex is owned and managed by Alpay who is very friendly and always happy to give advice on the area... Nothing is ever too much trouble... My third time, I’ll be back soon. Thank you for your amazing hospitality Alpay 🙏🏼
tuncaypeker2018-08-13eviniz gibi Dışarıdan yemek istemiyorsanız çocuğunuzun bebeğinizin yemeğini kendiniz yapmak istiyorsanız tam size göre bir yer. aile odasında her türlü mutfak aleti neredeyse mevcut. tesisde havuz mevcut. 2 banyo ve içinde 2 wc var. aile ile arkadaşlarınızla rahatça kalabileceğiniz bir tesis. mutfakta deterjan ve sünger tesis tarafından tedarik edilebilirdi. zırt pırt markete gitme ihtimaliniz var
A.G.Kiss2017-10-01Sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und sauber.Zum Zentrum hatten wir nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß, so daß wir das Auto stehen lassen konnten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und total locker drauf. Der Pool ist sehr schön und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig so das man abends seine Ruhe hat. Das einzige was genervt hat, war das Hundegebell in der Umgebung, aber da kann man nix machen, ist normal in der Türkei. Zum Iztuzu Beach mussten wir ca 15 Minuten mit dem Auto fahren, aber das war ok. Unsrer Auto konnten wir direkt vor dem Haus abstellen. Lebensmittelmärkte sind gleich um die Ecke. An allen Fenstern und Balkontüren sind Fliegengitter bzw Fliegengittertüren angebracht,was sehr wichtig in Dalyan wegen den nervigen Mücken ist. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat eine Klimaanlage, aber schöner wäre es, wenn in allen Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer eine Klimaanlage vorhanden wäre. Eine Waschmaschine wäre auch nicht schlecht gewesen.Aber trotzdem eine super Unterkunft. Viel Platz für einen fairen Preis. Die Kinder konnten sich frei bewegen und rumtoben. Und ein DVD Player und ein Fernseher sind auch vorhanden. Die Küche ist auch mit allen Ausgestattet was man braucht.👍👍
